Welcome to the Carroll County Auditor's web pages.
As your Auditor, my chief job is accounting for the county's finances. Here, we write the checks for all county offices and agencies; we make sure that each debit comes from the right account, be it a state grant program, a township or special levy, or the county general fund.
As the agent for the state and county on many tax issues, it's important to us that you not pay more than the law requires. The laws on mobile and manufactured homes have changed, and it may help you to change the tax status of your home.
The state assigns us many other jobs as well, and we hope this site will help you get the information, forms, and directions you need.
