A Vision for Children, Families and Our Community

Children in our community will be born into stable families that:

raise children without abuse or neglect.

provide a safe loving environment in which all of their basic needs are met.

nurture children's bodies, minds, and spirits to ensure healthy self-esteem and solid values.

ensure children are capable of growing into productive citizens that are self-sufficient, goal oriented, well-educated, and self-confident problem solvers.

require children and parents to respect authority and assume responsibility for their actions.

Families in our community will be empowered to:

provide love, support, morals, values, security, and permanency in their homes with the goal of building strong and responsible family units.

feel valued by the society, feel cared for, safe, and happy.

access supportive networks that offer each family diversified health care and educational and vocational opportunities to ensure economic stability.

be able to recognize the necessity and obtain services to remain contributing, functioning, responsible non-substance abusing parts of the community.

The community will:

communicate and be united as it works together to more fully meet its member's needs to minimize the impact of larger societal issues.

develop adequate economic opportunities and provides for the safety and well-being of its members.

welcome, value, celebrate, and respect the spiritual, cultural, and value differences within itself.

members feel a responsibility toward each other, working together for a safe and clean community.

instill moral, educational, and financial responsibilities and pride in its members, protecting individual integrity and the quality of life.
