Carroll County’s population is approximately 28,836.  Carroll County consists of 14 townships and 7 villages.

Indexing began January 1, 1990 and imaging began January 1, 1995.

Patti was elected to serve as Carroll County Recorder in 1989.  Since becoming County Recorder, Patti has enhanced the work and efficiency of her office and has made modern technology changes so she and her staff may better serve the public. Patti has served on the Ohio Recorder’s Association Legislative Committee, Chairman of Continuing Education and Chairman of the Northeast District, as well as various committees and organizations.  Prior to being elected Recorder, Patti served 4+ years as East Township Clerk.  Patti also worked for physicians for 16+ years. Patti and her husband Sherman reside in East Township.  They have a daughter and a son.
